今天要分享的是Noah Kahan首張EP《Hurt Sombody》當中，我非常喜歡的Please，柔和旋律及Noah穿透人心的嗓音，令我放鬆自在，輕易找到心中寧靜的一隅。
這首歌是關於思鄉，為了追求音樂夢的Noah，踏上馬不停蹄的巡迴演出之路，然而離開熟悉地，難免會有焦慮的時刻，當愈來愈多的機會找上他，代價是愈來愈少的回家次數，鄉愁總在奔走城市之際偶發出現。「我想要寫一首歌，讓我時時刻刻記得我的家鄉、我的狗和爸爸媽媽。」
關於歌詞，Noah也解釋「有時候，夢想成真時，卻和你的預期不全然相同。有時候，你只希望事情愈簡單輕鬆愈好。」 如實描寫他追夢途中矛盾的心情，得到勢必要先付出，然而為了目標，何為可拋，甚至是否能始終如一地堅持，這些掙扎都是對於人心最寫實的刻畫。
